ACA Compliance Training Course
Our “Mastering ACA Compliance” course is designed to help organizations comply with the Accessible Canada Act (ACA). Participants will learn about the ACA’s legal framework, key provisions, and the proactive identification, removal, and prevention of barriers in seven priority areas: employment, the built environment, information and communication technologies (ICT), communication other than ICT, procurement of goods and services, design and delivery of programs and services, and transportation.
The course includes practical exercises, case studies, and interactive elements to ensure effective implementation of accessibility plans, feedback processes, and progress reporting.

ACA Compliance Training Course Overview
Given the depth of the Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and the breadth of its requirements across multiple priority areas, a 3-day course would provide participants with ample time to thoroughly explore each area, engage in interactive activities, and develop actionable skills. A longer duration ensures participants leave with a deep understanding of compliance obligations and practical strategies for implementation.
Course Duration
This course offers comprehensive training on ACA compliance, equipping you with the essential knowledge and skills to navigate regulations effectively at your own pace.
Total Duration: 3 Day
- Day 1: Foundation and General Requirements (Modules 1–3)
- Day 2: Priority Areas of Accessibility (Modules 4–6)
- Day 3: Compliance Management, Cultural Integration, and Practical Implementation (Modules 7–9)
Each day includes breaks, interactive sessions, and time for group discussions.
