Welcome to Accessibility Partners Canada (“Accessibility Partners,” “we,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online courses, and related services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Site and Courses
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to register and participate in our courses. Course content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. Copying, redistributing, or modifying course materials without authorization is prohibited.
2. Course Access and License
Upon purchase or enrollment, you receive a non-transferable, limited license to access the selected course(s). Access duration is specified at registration or purchase.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable taxes. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course has been completed. To request a refund, contact info@accessibilitypartners.ca.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design are the intellectual property of Accessibility Partners or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.
6. Accessibility Commitment
We design our course materials to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. If you encounter an accessibility barrier in any course or on our platform, contact us at info@accessibilitypartners.ca and we will work with you to provide the content in a format that meets your needs.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Accessibility Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
