Course Terms and Conditions (Online Academy)

Effective date: July 17, 2026

These Course Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of online courses offered by Accessibility Partners Canada, and apply in addition to our general Terms and Conditions. You accept these Course Terms when you complete your purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to register for and take our courses.

Course access and licence

On purchase or enrolment, you receive a non-transferable, limited licence to access the course or courses you selected. Access duration is specified at registration or purchase. You agree to use course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Copying, redistributing, or modifying course materials without permission is prohibited.

User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

Payments

Course payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. We do not store your full payment-card details.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course. To request a refund, contact us at info@accessibilitypartners.ca.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to our courses if you breach these Course Terms.

General terms

These Course Terms apply in addition to our general Terms and Conditions, which also govern your use of our website and services. For anything not covered here, including intellectual property, our accessibility commitment, limitation of liability, governing law, contact details, and changes to these terms, the general Terms and Conditions apply. Where the Course Terms and the general Terms conflict on a course matter, the Course Terms apply.
